Brad Goreski back to television

After the break-up with Rachel Zoe, Brad Goreski is styling by himself on his own television show. The show will be called It's a Brad Brad World, a show on his styling career. ♥

Lauren Conrad's show dumped

Remember a while back how I mentioned Lauren Conrad's show was going to air on MTV? Well apparently MTV decided to dump the show because there wasn't enough on her personal life. I guess they felt there would not be interest in the show due to the low level of drama.

"We sold a show to MTV, filmed it and are really proud of the final result. MTV felt the subject matter was too high brow for their audience and offered me the opportunity to change the show by incorporating more of my personal life. We agreed going into the project that this show would be an aspirational one, focusing on my career and my goals and not my personal relationships. We delivered the show that we sold and are sorry MTV didn't feel their viewers were savvy enough to appreciate it."

I think it would have been interesting to see. Who cares about the drama, it's about what she is doing now. Oh well. There's still Olivia Palermo and Joe Zee we have TV hopes for! ♥

welcome to The Avenue

If you miss your fix of The City or The Hills, Toronto has their own version called The Avenue. It's quite interesting. The main character is gay, and is awfully pretty. My friend in Ryerson even has a small part in the first episode! It's interesting to see a Canadian "reality show" which is actually somewhat interesting. It has potential. ♥

All On the Line

Everyone from The City, seems to be branching off and doing there own thing now that the show is completed. Joe Zee is continuing with his own television project, All On the Line. It will air March 29, 2011 at 10pm Eastern and Pacific. There will be eight episodes this season. The show is said to have established designers' collections and Joe Zee's role in offering advice to the designers. ♥

Joe Zee no longer has to pick sides

As we knew from The City, Elle's PR director, Erin Kaplan was Olivia Palermo's rival. Anyhow, she is leaving the magazine as of tomorrow, and taking the position of senior director of PR at Teen Vogue. Quite the step she is taking. ♥

Palermo's next steps

Olivia Palermo's fashion line will be featured on he upcoming TV show. I guess her and Lauren Conrad will be competing for air time. She will be in the "La Niña Bonita" editorial in Vogue España wearing Givenchy, Mui Mui and Dior. ♥

favourite socialite gets her own show

Not only is she gorgeous, she knows how to dress and work the camera. Olivia Palermo has told Elle that she is having her own TV project as in her own show. <3

Serena's dress Gossip Girl S4 E8

Loved Serena's Zuhair Murad dress she wore to the ballet this week on Gossip Girl! It is from the Fall 2010 collection. Although it shows some skin, it looks ever so elegant the way the silk is draped, and the detailing on the front of the dress. Other bloggers say that this dress is so Jenny with the lace, but I would beg to disagree because I feel like Jenny's character would make this dress drab and too gothic. <3

song of the day: Dancing on My Own

I love this song by Robyn. It is on one of my CD's at my work, and aside from that, it was on Gossip Girl last night! When Chuck and Blair started passionately making out with each other! Such a good episode. Not only was Rachel Zoe and Joe Z on the episode, Robyn was there singing at the birthday. The girls look amazing at Blair's birthday, but their dresses were really what I was lusting over. <3

say goodbye to The City

Whitney Port told Ryan Seacrest that there will no longer be the reality show, The City. She says, "As of right now it doesn't really look like we're doing it anymore," said the fashion designer. As for possibility of moving the show from MTV to another network, Port added, "No, at this point it's not."

There wasn't even really a finale! Kind of choked. I loved watching it for Olivia Palermo's style! MTV hasn't confirmed anything, but it doesn't look like the show will go on. <3

11 year old fashion designer

Seriously, this is crazy! Cecilia Cassini designs clothes for the stars all at the age of 11. She's not even in her teens! She was on the Nate Berkius show showing off a collection inspired by a room. Check out the vid. It's a must. <3

wrong winner announced for Australia's Next Top Model

Wow! This is pretty rough!! It's a bit confusing at the beginning, but the announcer of Australia's Next Top Model announced the wrong winner and only realized it after the acceptance. Enough said. They couldn't change it because it was live! You can tell who she wanted to win! <3

Lauren Conrad returns to TV

Lauren Conrad is coming back to MTV as the cameras follow he in developing her new fashion line and her other businesses. She doesn't want it to be about her personal life though, rather focusing on her work and her collection. I can't wait to see how it turn out! I believe they start filming sometime in October. <3

Katy cut

Katy Perry was supposed to make an appearance on Sesame Street, but they decided to cut her appearance due to poor parental feedback. They said she was baring too much. I can see it from a parents standpoint, but how about women superheroes and tween singer Miley Cyrus which many kids look up to as well? Anyhow, watch the clip of "Miss Katy's" appearance singing a song to the tune of "Hot n Cold" <3

One of my favourite summer shows is coming back August 16th. Weeds that is. Not to mention, Entourage already started! I wished the shows didn't only last the summer. Speaking of summer, I'm stoked for the weather to finally get nice as of tomorrow 26 degrees Celsius! <3

Jersey Shore elegance?

What the eff is happening? Harper Bazaar featured the guidettes of Jersey Shore. Snooki, J-Woww and Sammi Sweetheart show they have etiquette by balancing books on their head. They look so weird and not so trashy! Haha. By the way, Snooki is creating the Snookit, aka her version of the Bumpit. Wow.

Victoria Beckham is rumoured to be a guest stylist for the finals of American Idol. Rumour has it she will be getting £60,000 an episode! I guess this was what they decided after guest judging on US American Idol. <3
