I would absolutely love to be named the Best Dressed Woman of the Year! Harper's Bazaar UK has awarded Carey Mulligan the best dressed. The fashion designer, Ederm Moralioglu describes Mulligan as "sixties French New Wave - like a Godard starlet - but totally modern". She even beat Victoria Beckham who came in second!
Mulligan admits that she doesn't really care about fashion, it's really her brilliant stylist. Overall she is simple she says. Love her! <3
