Elle Fanning aka Dakota Fanning's little sister is looking amazing and she's only 12 years old!!! She has a Twiggy feel to her in this photo shoot in Interview magazine's December issue and I absolutely love it. She is in Sofia Coppola's movie Somewhere. This girl is a definite up and comer! She looks like a little Carey Mulligan!<3
