can you own red?

That's what I'm talking about, the colour. Christian Louboutin thinks they can own the colour red as they filed a lawsuit against Yves Saint Laurent for making a shoe with a red sole. Understanadabe, Christian Louboutin is known for their red soles, but YSL has also been known to match their soles with their shoes, i.e. green shoes with green soles! So it boils down to, can you own the colour red? ♥
