the olympic lifestyle

So I've been working the Olympics and it has been crazier as in me being more tired than I have been in my entire life! The madness started on February 11th. It was media day that day, and the official opening was the following day. It's been so busy with people asking the same questions and standing for so many hours. On top of that, Friday and Saturday I had to work at Circa Lounge so I had 6 hours of sleep in total for Friday and Saturday night! It was crazy. Saturday I ended up running into Australian boy and he got back together with his ex and he's moving to Toronto for her! What a shocker.

Sunday ended up being Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year and of course more Olympic madness. I worked in the morning and then the boyfriend came to pick me up. We ended up enjoying the Olympic festivities and went to dinner. He got me Steve Aoki tickets this Wednesday and the heart shaped umbrella I featured on my blog! I'm in love with it and I am ever so stoked! It was all in all a good Valentine's day and made me not hate the day so much! I was exhausted and ended up falling asleep in the ride home. Oops!

Today I was supposed to work til 11.00 pm, but Alexisonfire was performing and people were all pushing so they ended up having to cancel the show and there was a riot so they ended up shutting down the whole area! That means I got to go home early AND I don't have to work tomorrow! Yay for Steve Aoki!!!

Also, everyday I've been going to the same Starbucks and this Australian barista and I always talk and he knows my drink and all! Love it!! <3
