the fame scavenger hunt

Jay-Z launched his first book on November 16th, Decoded. Released meaning in the neatest, most oddest possible way. The book was released in a scavenger hunt with pages of the book hidden in meaningful places to Jay-Z. Places include the bottom of the pool of the Delano hotel in Miami, under the Spotted Pig in NYC. The clues are revealed on Jay-Z.com, Bing and Jay-Z's Facebook and Twitter. Guccie revealed two of the pages in their windows on Fifth Avein their lining of a leather bomber jacket. When the book is finally released, the jacket will be given to Jay-Z. <3

Every year I wait for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. It sounds pretty amazing! Katy Perry will be performing, and in two custom made outfits! The sketches by designer Todd Thomas look amazing and super creatively fun. I can't wait to see the real thing.<3

i ♥ the bloody beetroots

On Friday I went to the Blood Beetroots show. It was pretty good I'd have to say. It was a randomly, planned out night but it worked. Those nights are always the best anyways! When their mix of Warp came on by Steve Aoki, the crowd went wild. It made the entire night! Met up with lots of people I haven't seen in a long time so it was lots of fun. Little reunion, drama free time. Made me miss those hardcore party days. <3

Katy Perry was supposed to make an appearance on Sesame Street, but they decided to cut her appearance due to poor parental feedback. They said she was baring too much. I can see it from a parents standpoint, but how about women superheroes and tween singer Miley Cyrus which many kids look up to as well? Anyhow, watch the clip of "Miss Katy's" appearance singing a song to the tune of "Hot n Cold" <3

who is the then, now and next?

i-D magazine's September issues include Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Lady Gaga, but on their own separate covers for you to pick which i-D girl is your favourite superstar. Rumour had it that Moss and Campbell refused to pose with Gaga. Probably because the cover states "Then Now Next". Leaves your mind to the imagination of who is who?

P.S. I love Kate Moss' hair! <3

why Lady Gaga believes in abstinence

Lady Gaga is known for her over-the-top skimpy yet fabulous and extravagant outfits. And she's the only one who can really pull it off. So being original and working against the norm, she yet remains to be an outlier. She mentions in the September issue of Vanity Fair that, "I have this weird thing that if I sleep with someone they're going to take my creativity through my vagina".

She's always had her own theories, and I respect her for being in the spotlight and standing her own ground. It's hard when everyone is trying to sway you in a different direction.

baby you my everything

Tuesday night, I went to the DRAKE concert! I went with the bf and two others. It was such a good night. So we got there and found our seats. I was so excited I didn't look at the actual section number. Rather I looked at the seat numbers. Number 50 to 54. We sat down and our seat were the second to last row on the first floor. But since it was at the Centre of Performing Arts, it was a pretty small but intimate concert, compared to Rogers Arena.

Anyhow, we sat down and then these 4 girls came and were like these are our seats. The usher ended up telling us that our seats were down more. So we kept walking until it said row C which was our actual seats. Meaning we were in 3rd row!!!!!! It was amazing and it was so close! It just blew how all the people ran up from the back into the aisles. Oh well. I have clip of him singing best I ever had. You can see how freaking close we were, but it doesn't justify it.

Overall, Drake is a really good performer BUT his opening acts blew. He is better looking in person. He brought up a girl on stage and made out with her too. Ah well, same thing every night when you're famous. That's all their into anyways. <3

Russian billionaire fan was in Gaga's Alejandro music video, paying Lady Gaga $1 million!! He is a 30 year old by the name of Arkady. Love Lady Gaga but I could spend my money elsewhere!! <3

I've been trying to get this, but YouTube was a bit slow in getting this one. I finally watched the entire music video, and I don't like it as I usually like Gaga's work. Let me tell you though, brace yourself for hot half naked men with perfect bodies! This controversial music video switches from catholic nun hood to kinky bedroom scenes. Quite the contrast if you ask me. Still like her though but her music video was not up to par, keep in mind I don't like the song that much either. <3

When I heard this on the radio I thought this was a joke, or that she would be absolutely pathetic. But, DJ Ruth Flowers is actually a pretty good DJ at the ate of 69. In fact, she's one of the most popular DJ's in Paris! She decided she wanted to spin after attending her grandon's birthday at a local nightclub! You have to check this out.
