This is sooo sick. It's a couture dress created by design student Jolis Paons made entirely of folded and pleated phone book. She made it for a class at Indiana's Herron School of Art & Design. This included gluing, folding and sewing. Talk about reduce, reuse and recycle. I'd have to say this is the best dress made of scrap paper! <3
