I had to resort to You Tube to find a picture of this dress I love, and even then the picture is horrid quality. You can hardly see the dress! It was in Gossip Girl, worn by Leighton Meester (Blair) on the last episode. It's a strapless black and white dress with a giant bow at the chest. It's adorable! <3
